Kindergarten had a great time visiting the Dimenna Children’s History Museum! We learned about how life has changed from the past to the present. We worked in groups to examine artifacts and we went on a scavenger hunt to find items from the past. We also enjoyed a picnic in Central Park!
Bronx Delta School is getting Kindergarteners moving, working together, and learning about other cultures through their Town Hall Arts program.
The kindergarten students are learning how to mix colors this week. They learned how to mix blue and yellow to create green. They also experimented with mixing lighter and darker shades of green. They worked on various types of lines, such as thin, thick, curvy, straight and zigzag. Take a look at their great work!
K-112 enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day celebration today! We enjoyed muffins with mom and then we worked together with our moms to plant flowers. Thank you to all the moms of Bronx Delta! You are appreciated for all that you do! Happy Mother’s Day!
The kindergarteners had so much fun at the zoo! We saw lots of animals, including reptiles, birds, mammals, and fish. The children can’t wait to tell you all about their trip!
