We are so proud of all our kindergarten graduates! They have worked so hard and learned so much this year! They are ready for first grade! It has truly been a wonderful year. We wish all of our Bronx Delta families a happy and safe summer!
Donuts with Dad was a great success! Thank you to all the dads who joined us for donuts and playtime in the classroom. The kids enjoyed doing play-doh, blocks, books, games, and painting with Dad!
We hope you all had a happy Father’s Day!
Kindergarten had a great time visiting the Dimenna Children’s History Museum! We learned about how life has changed from the past to the present. We worked in groups to examine artifacts and we went on a scavenger hunt to find items from the past. We also enjoyed a picnic in Central Park!
The kindergarten students are learning how to mix colors this week. They learned how to mix blue and yellow to create green. They also experimented with mixing lighter and darker shades of green. They worked on various types of lines, such as thin, thick, curvy, straight and zigzag. Take a look at their great work!
K-112 enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day celebration today! We enjoyed muffins with mom and then we worked together with our moms to plant flowers. Thank you to all the moms of Bronx Delta! You are appreciated for all that you do! Happy Mother’s Day!
